I used the insulation bag for the plant that I ordered, and it kept it from freezing, but the plant was quite cold when it arrived. The website was out of stock of the heat packs, so I opted for the bag. I think the heat pack is slightly better, but I had no other option. Other than that, the plant was well packed, and arrived safely.
